What is the location of Seven Hills Apartments? 

The apartments are situated in a quiet residential crescent within easy walking distance of the City Centre and all transport links. Shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema and a theatre are all within a short walking distance.

Is a deposit payable?

A  non refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. If so, this can be paid direct to the owner using Direct Banking or via Pay Pal.

A refundable damage deposit (typically £100) to cover the cost of any significant damage or breakages in the apartment during your stay will also be required.

When is the rental balance payable?

The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival or immediately if arrival is less than 6 weeks away.

How do I collect the key?

One of the owners will greet you at the apartment at a previously  agreed arrival time, usually after 2.00 pm.  Alternatively, for very late arrivals, the key can be collected from a secure key safe within the near vicinity by prior arrangement with the owner.

Is car parking available?

Free private parking is available, either covered or open. You will have the use of a residents' parking permit which must be displayed on your dashboard at all times but which must be left in the flat before you leave.

What if breakage or damage occurs?

Please report small breakages to the owner, so that replacements can be arranged for the next guest. If significant damage occurs to furniture, decoration, equipment, or to the fabric of the building, we would fully expect the guest to cover the cost of this.

Can I smoke? 

Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Can I bring my pet?

This would be at the owner's discretion.

If required can I leave my bags anywhere?

The owner will endeavour to be as helpful as possibe. Alternatively, you may need to use Left Luggage at Waverley Station which is 15 minutes from the apartment.

What if I have to cancel?

If the flat can be re-let at the same rate, a full refund less any associated costs should be possible. However, if not, guests would be expected to rely on their own holiday insurance to cover any financial loss as a result of cancellation.
